Is your product faulty?

If your item is faulty, please contact our friendly customer service team within 90 days of purchase.
We are not able to cover damage to garments that are the result of improper laundering. Please follow all care instructions carefully.
Sex Toys, Bondage, Novelties & Essentials
We offer a 90-day warranty period on all adult products, but your product may also come with a manufacturer's extended warranty. Please refer to the product listing on our site or the warranty information provided with your product.
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact our friendly customer service team. Please do not submit a return request for a faulty item through your account. By contacting us first it will allow us to troubleshoot with you and provide clear, concise warranty claim instructions tailored to your circumstances.
Before contacting us, you may like to try some of the basic troubleshooting tips below:
If your product is rechargeable:
* Ensure the product is fully charged.
* Ensure the light (if any) is illuminating to show the product is connected to the charger.
* Hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn on.
* For potential travel lock, if there are multiple buttons, hold them simultaneously for 3-5 seconds to disable.
If your product is battery operated:
* Ensure you are using the correct batteries.
* Ensure the batteries have been inserted correctly.
* Try new batteries.
* Hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn on.
* For potential travel lock, if there are multiple buttons, hold them simultaneously for 3-5 seconds to disable.
* Ensure battery compartment is firmly closed or the battery connectors may not make contact
Changed your mind? Not happy with the results? Is the product unsuitable or not as expected?
Due to the intimate nature of our products we are unable to accept returns on our adult products. We value the health and wellbeing of our customers and guarantee that such products purchased are new and shipped directly from the factory to our warehouse to you. This no-return policy applies to the following items:
* All sex toys
* Bondage
* Novelties
* Essentials (e.g. lubes, oils and sexual aids).

Wrong size garment? Not the right style for you? Unwanted gift?
We offer a 90-day return policy for change of mind or unsuitability of lingerie, costumes and footwear from the date of purchase provided they are in original condition.
All return requests must have a Return Authorisation Number which can be requested via the Request a Return function within your My Account.
If your My Account hasn’t been activated yet please follow the activation prompts within your order confirmation email.
To be accepted, all returns must:
* be returned in the original undamaged packaging/box (where applicable).
* have intact tags, still attached to the garment.
* not have been used/worn (except to try on for size).
* not be damaged or soiled.
* not be altered in any way.
Lingerie return exclusions: Latex wear, hosiery and bodystockings.
Any returns made without a valid Return Authorisation Number will be returned to sender.
Standard postage fees apply to all returns. Return shipping labels are non-refundable for customers in Australia purchasing a return shipping label from our Returns Portal. If your order was sent in a black mailer bag, you can reuse the bag for your return to us.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once processed on our end, your financial institution may take 3–5 business days to return the funds to your account.
If you don’t see the refund within that timeframe, please review your statement around the original purchase date, as some banks list refunds at the time of the initial transaction rather than the date of processing.
Store Credit
1. Store credit issued will be to the value of the final price you paid for the item(s).
2. Store credit will be issued to the account with the email address used to place your order.
3. Store credit cannot be transferred to other accounts.
4. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Balances that remain after the 12 months will be void.
5. Store credit does not accrue interest and cannot be redeemed or refunded for cash after issue.
6. If store credit is used for payment on your order, you will only be able to accept store credit for subsequent cancellation(s) or return(s) - you will not be able to return the orders paid with store credit for cash.
Exchanges
2. Exchanges are processed by applying store credit to your account and applying this against your new product.

Cancellations
To request a cancellation on an undispatched order outside of business hours, please log into your account and submit a cancellation request. Our team will do their best to cancel your order, but please note that our warehouse operates swiftly, and we may not always be able to intercept it in time.
We encourage customers to review their order carefully before submitting to help avoid any disappointment.
Please note: excessive or repeated cancellation requests may result in restocking fees being applied.
