Each dilator is wearable to make your gentle exercise regime easy and comfortable, and features a flared base to keep it in place. 

Dilators are made from body-safe, phthalate-free silicone that is unscented and hypoallergenic as well as waterproof.

To use the kit, simply apply water-based lubricant to the smallest dilator and insert it until the base is flush with your vaginal opening. When you can insert the dilator completely without discomfort, progress to the next size up.

In general, it is recommended that a dilator is used two to four times weekly for five to 20 minutes, depending on your comfort level. A dilator guide is included with the kit.
